  • Pre-Purchase Verification: Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs, inspection reports, and chassis details before confirming orders.
  • Used Vehicle Nature: Pre-owned vehicles may display normal wear and tear consistent with age and mileage. Unless explicitly covered by an agreed warranty or certification, vehicles are sold on an "as-inspected" basis.
  • Stock Availability: Vehicles remain subject to prior sale until a formal Proforma Invoice is issued and payment/deposit is confirmed.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Port Charges

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Quotations given on FOB (Free On Board) basis exclude ocean freight, marine insurance, destination port fees, import duties, and local taxes.
  • Quotations given on CFR or CIF basis include ocean freight (and marine insurance for CIF), but exclude destination country customs clearance, import tariffs, excise duties, port handling fees, and inland transportation.
  • The buyer remains solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country's vehicle import age restrictions, emissions regulations, and duty rates.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, HUMERA STARS JAPAN, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delays in maritime shipping caused by carriers or weather conditions, customs clearance delays in destination countries, or errors in third-party information.
